Thank you for participating in the Clark County School District (CCSD)'s Districtwide Student Survey. This survey is available to students in grade 4 or higher. The purpose of the Survey is to collect information from students about their opinions regarding school climate and culture. The information gathered will be used to inform and assess policy and practice.
All individual question responses are confidential and will not be shared or disclosed. The identities of individual survey respondents will not be disclosed when reporting unless required by the law or for health and safety reasons. Principals and other District administration will have access to lists of who completed the survey, but will not be able to link responses to individual students.
