Districtwide Parent/Guardian Survey

Thank you for participating in the Clark County School District’s (CCSD) Districtwide Survey. The purpose of this survey is for CCSD parents/guardians to provide input regarding topics such as school climate and education attitudes. The information gathered will be used to inform and assess policy and practice in CCSD schools.

All individual question responses are confidential and will not be shared or disclosed. The identities of individual survey respondents will not be disclosed when reporting unless required by the law or for health and safety reasons. Principals and other District administration will have access to lists of who completed the survey, but will not be able to link responses to individual students.
